Demo Charge: In case we are not able to arrange cook because of any reason (Distance, Cook not interested to work,
Customer does not want service after placing order, Not able to arrange cook etc.) we will refund the charge to customer
on 7th day from placing the order. In case customer wants refund before 7 days, Customer must call our contact centre
during working hrs from Monday to Saturday.
Plus Plan Charge: If Customer cancels the service and has paid upfront charge, upfront amount will be refunded to customer automatically on next billing date. In case customer needs upfront charge refunded before next billing date, customer must call our contact centre during working hrs from Monday to Saturday.
